The foundation's goals include:
offering and distributing various educational, artistic, and charitable events and activities in partnership with families, businesses, and government entities
recruiting and supporting a network of individuals, groups, and organizations throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
and hiring and training students through Career Programs to strengthen interest in different trades and workforces.
