One Strong Community Program, established by Charles Laboy in 2017, is a vibrant and inclusive initiative that fosters positive development and creative growth for the residents of the Massachusetts gateway cities of Chicopee, Holyoke, and Springfield.
Through innovative programs, One Strong seeks to empower individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities, fostering an environment where creativity, education, and community collaboration flourish.

History
In 2022, Charles expanded the vision by officially establishing One Strong Community Program LLC, which now offers a range of services to support youth and teens in the area.
The program runs Massachusetts EEC-licensed afterschool and summer programs that provide safe and enriching environments for children.
Additionally, One Strong works closely with the community to offer high school students meaningful part-time jobs and internships, helping them develop valuable skills and explore career pathways.
Through a collaborative spirit and strong partnerships, One Strong Community organizes diverse workshops, game clubs, showcases, and other events designed to engage and inspire. Charles Laboy’s leadership and passion for community-building are reflected in every initiative as the brand continues to create pathways for growth and success, bringing residents together under a shared vision of unity and progress.
